Nikki and Chris are here!! They made it on their flight without issue. They were upgraded to row 10 so they were close to the front of the plane. They were the 4th people to exit the airport and Michelle and I were waiting for them. They were a sight for sore eyes! We are so glad they are here!

Once they arrived at the house they changed clothes and jumped in the ocean. I had the idea to swim to the floating tiki hut approximately 300 ish yards from the house. Although Grandma Kitty was strongly opposed to this, Nikki, Chris, Ashley and I did it anyhow and made it safely. It appeared to be a sun platform with a small shady area under the partial thatched roof. There was no ladder to the platform and while the kids hopped up like penguins through the ice, I needed a little help. Once up, the kids took turns diving into the water.

After we returned to the house, Nik and Chris made it to the dive shop to fill out paperwork for tomorrow's dives and they were actually able to do their buoyancy test at that time. That is after David hurried back to the house to grab their kits. It took a moment or 2 to find everything but we made it. They came back with tanks and plan to head out for some shore dives tomorrow.

Tonight's dinner was a mix of lettuce wraps, rice and potatoes. Michelle, Ashley and I prepped and cooked and Kevin, Chris, Nikki and Emma washed, dried and put away the dishes. It was a lovely evening and we are so grateful to be together.
